Do you offer warranty or guarantee on your shipments?

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your laddoos arrive fresh and intact. If your order arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with the quality, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How can I place an order?

You can browse our full range in the Shop section and order directly through our website, or simply message us on WhatsApp — just tap the "WhatsApp Us" button, tell us what you'd like, and we'll confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through our secure online checkout, as well as UPI payments via WhatsApp for orders placed there.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All online payments are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.

How do you ensure freshness and hygiene?

Every laddoo is handmade in small batches under strict hygiene standards, using pure ghee, natural jaggery, and premium dry fruits — with no artificial preservatives. Because batches are small and fresh, we recommend ordering only what you'll consume within the shelf life mentioned on the pack.

Can I customize my order (mix flavors, dry fruit content, quantity, etc.)?

Yes! You can mix and match from our 8 varieties, and choose your preferred pack size. For bulk or festive orders with special requests, just let us know on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Are your laddoos sugar-free and healthy?

Yes, all our laddoos are made without refined sugar, using natural jaggery and pure ghee (Sajuk Tup) instead — so you get authentic taste with better nutrition.

Are there gluten-free options available?
